Gateway Fire Protection District strives to be as transparent as possible with our constituents.
Most records are available for public inspection.
A public records request is necessary to gather information not found on the website; please print out the Public Records Request and return to Records Custodian, Danae Floch, at danae.gatewayfire@yahoo.com.
Third-party records requests:
Gateway Fire Protection District fulfills third-party medical, billing, and/or balance verification records requests electronically via our billing company System Design West's ChartRequest portal. ChartRequest is a HIPAA-compliant record exchange platform that streamlines the records request and retrieval process. To submit a request you must create an account by visiting our ChartRequest portal here and following the signup instructions. This should only take a few minutes.
Once your request is in our system, we will be more than happy to get you the information you need.
